I am having Zend Guard(worth 700$) and it is collecting dust 
. I can encode/encrypt your script and it will not expire. It is very very hard to decode script which is encoded by Zend Guard and surely ioncube encoded can be easily decoded. That is why it cost too high.
Donations are accepted.
Encoding helps if you are in following case
1. Your script was banned by some sites (like google etc)
2. Your script can be easily duplicated/ripped.
3. License your script (So only who type license can enjoy it)
4. Your script is black listed by some sites.
