Hello all, I'm a long time reader but first time poster. I don't play around to much with black hat, but have made a nice little living for myself mainly through white hat (maybe some gray). Nothing compared to some of you guys, but enough to work from home. If you don't want to read the rest of my post, just drop a hello and you'll find your gift at the end of this post. Anyways through my time lurking in the forums I just want to repeat what a few members only seem to get. ACTION people. I know this has been beaten to death, but anyone not making any money I can tell you why. 1. you don't act at all. 2. You act but have ZERO patience.
There's no magic bullet, there's nothing that will make you rich overnight with no work. When I decided to take my BUSINESS seriously and not as a hobby, that is when I started seeing things taking off. My success is no secret (I'll outline my method in a moment), it's simple hard work.
Find something on this forum and run with it. Don't come back to this forum until you have it set up so you don't get side tracked. Then while managing your campaign come back to the forum for tips on exactly what your doing and nothing else. Use it as a reference guide. Once the work is done, then move on to the next project.
My method shouldn't take long to explain, but I warn you if you are not willing to put in the work and be patient, then you may as well just skip to the bottom and get your download.
My method has been explained many times before, but here it is again.
1. Find your niche. Throw the term into your keyword tool (I use keyword elite) to get your long tails. The way to dominate your niche is by first dominating the long tails. Then let time and the BIG G's semantic indexing relate the terms. In about 6 months you should have enough juice to attack the main key keyword. (you should have already started making money on the long tails though).
2.Throw all my long tails in to SEO elite, check my competition and how hard and if it's going to be worth going after the niche. (THIS IS BY FAR MY MOST IMPORTANT STEP).
3. Start a blog with at least your keyword in it, and it would be best to get one of your popular long tails as the domain name. here's a little secret for you, YOU CAN USE FREE BLOGGER OR WORDPRESS BLOGS to make a pretty penny in adsense or affiliate marketing. Just because it's free it means nothing I've learned over the past two years.
4. Do the basic on-site seo you should know how to do from reading these forums.
5.Get backlinks with anchored text
6.get backlinks with achored text.
7.get backlinks with anchored text.
It's all about the backlinks people.
8. 3 Bookmarking demon 4 runs
9. I use article submitter platinum, I write 5 articles (all with differing anchored text, don't want to be google bombing now) and submit them.
10. I use directory submitter, and submit to maybe 20 directories.
It may be a slow drawn out process but it works. It may take 6 months for you to see any kind of income, but it works. It's takes one day to set this up, I do one a day and my portfolio grows nicely. So in 6 months (approx) you should have a quite a number of income sources.
because I monetize with adsense mainly, my blogs are ugly as sh*t, I don't want people subscribing or reading, I want them to leave my blog quickly and hopefully 5-7% will click out on an ad to leave. I only have one adsense block on my page, right at the top. My posts are veeeeeery ling and filled with tons of longtails.
overtime you see which long tails are bringing you traffic using whichever tracking software you use, and then attack those long tails with more vigor.
This will build you a residual income, it may not be instant but it will be for long term, and that's the key. Then rinse and repeat over and over and over.....well thanks to all that stayed until the end of this.
