I have a decent list of do follow links. I'd add it on here but I don't want it to be abused by the noobs and I'd like to share with people who can add to the list.

Try Comment Hut. You can test the lite version free. It works well but it's a manual process.

If you want to "automate it" I'd recommend paying someone to post comments for you on relevant sites.

The program is pretty cheap and in my mind it's worth the investment.
