Ends July 9th:
.NU domain names are revoked without refund for displaying child porn, being involved with phishing, spamming, email theft, search engine abuse, or any unlawful purpose.[SUP][/SUP] Various domains such as vous.nu and por.nu return "THIS DOMAIN NAME HAS BEEN REVOKED BY .NU DOMAIN"[SUP][/SUP] and are not available for registration on .NUdomains' site
somewhat popular though http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.nu
The .nu domain is particularly popular in Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium, as nu is the word for "now" in Swedish, Danish and Dutch
Pretty good, but they require you submit a ticket to change the nameservers and renewal is $23.
Thanks for telling this. Thought it could be a cheap option to expand my tier 1 but maybe not with that kind of hidden cost..
Well, it's only the second year and I doubt they'll give you a problem about changing nameservers once, so while I'm not going to bother creating 50 different accounts I definitely think it's worth a few registers.
I'll stick with my .coms.
I got one to give it a try, I got nothing to loose as I did not fill any payment info so if I don't want to renew I won't. Changing nameservers is no hassle. They activate the options within 24 hours after you get the domain as for $23 that's cheaper than other overpriced domains so it's not that bad considering that you could also transfer away
worth to check how they rank! thanks op!
Yeah nice deal. But always read the whole site over to look for hidden fees etc.
There's always a catch. So it's only free for the first year then renews at $23.00 every other year. No thanks. I'll stick with my .com domains from namecheap and dynadot that I pay around $10.00 per year for.
Separate names with a comma.
