you have to work a little bit hard but in the end you will be satisfied :

1-instagram account ^^'
2-a source of great pics ( i recommend weheartit or tumblr )
3-popular tags that people look for ( i will give you some )
4-Time !
here's what you guys should do :
1- choose a good pic you think people will like it (i suggest cute people or animals )
2- before you post the pic use ALOT of tags ! : here's the one i use (cute,hot,pretty,beautiful,sexy,nice,gorgeous,love,girl,girls,guy,boy,good,great,follow,followme,followforfollow,follow4follow,
f4f,fforf,followforlike,follow4like,likeforfollow,like4follow,likeforlike,like4like,l4l,like,instagood.....) dont forget to put # before every tag
3-now after you post it you will get 10 to 30 likes (depends on the pic) , now here's the "trick" to get more : follow people who follow back ! 80% of them will like your pics and comment
how to know people who follow back ? here's how :
-look for someone who follow like 2000/3000 people but only have 500/1500 followers his followers will 99 % follow you if you follow them ! so just follow them and you will be good
- i got 2300 followers in just 3 days ! NoT bad....
- if you think its hard work for you you can use bots ! NinjaGram is good (you can try it for 2 days )
