Free MP4 to Youtube Format converter?

So after making very long on kinemaster, when I uploaded it on YouTube the video is playing but stuck at 1 frame( like you are seeing a screenshot ) throughout the video and there's no sound either, the video is playing fine in my phone but not in youtube

Any way to convert my MP4 file to proper youtube format?

.mp4 should work fine on Youtube.. but try HandBrake on any computer
