Ok so I was recently challenged to bring a method that works and can bring in good money. So here goes.

Last year this brought me in a combined gross profit of £42,000 give or take a few hundred.

This will require a few things
    1. A Fiverr account
    2. A Flippa account
    3. A Hosting affiliate account (Like GoDaddy / Hostgator etc) (Optional but recommended)
    4. Hosting and Two Domain Names (Can get all these for under £10 using coupons available online) (I would suggest Hostgator Baby since you can host multiple sites for one fee of £7 a month)

This takes action. If you don't like taking action. This isn't for you.

Step One - Find a Fiverr gig you would like to resell.

    Examples are :
    - SEO
    - Backlinking
    - Video Creation
    - Graphic Design
    - Website Design
    - Testimonial Videos
    - Social Media Likes
    - Traffic / Views

Step Two - Register Two Domain Names and Install Wordpress on both

Examples for domain names would be

    SEOKings.com
    VideoCreationGuru.com
    TrafficBoost.com
    TornadoDesign.com
    * May already be registered. They are here for inspiration and nothing else.

Install a Free theme like Corp or head to Theme Forest and pick yourself up a fancy wordpress service theme for like £10 if you wish.

Build the wordpress site as if you were actually selling the product. Some examples of other sites like this are here and here
*I'm not affiliated with either of these

Once that is done build another one exactly the same on a new domain but change the colours and the layout keeping the services the same. The only difference is the first site should have higher prices than the second.

    Example :

1st Site Sells SEO Services for £20 Each
2nd Site Sells SEO Services for £10 Each

Step 3 : Listing the 1st site on Flippa for sale.

This will cost you £11 plus 10% Success Fee if it sells. But that doesn't matter. We're not trying to sell the site for mega riches. But it will sell for between £50 and £100 depending how well you describe the potential of the site and show much the new owner can earn using your exclusive supplier.

So far We have spent £21(Hosting and domain included) + 10% Success Fee and sold the site for £50 giving a profit of £24 for one site.

When you sell the site you give the buyer the information of your exclusive supplier. This information is in fact the URL of the 2nd site you made. Because the supplier is YOU!.

    Let me explain.

You have sold a service website. He will promote the site and get sales. When he gets sales he is going to come to your site and order. When he does you go over to Fiverr and order the gig.

He sells one SEO package for £20, He Passes £10 to you and in turn you go to Fiverr and spend £3 ($5) on the gig. Your profit is £7 per order.

    OPTIONAL EXTRA
Often when you sell a site on Flippa the new owner doesn't have any hosting. This is where you can step in and offer him a free coupon for Hostgator which allows him to sign up for $0.01. When he renews his hosting at the end of the month Hostgator pay you an extra £30 as a thank you for referring them and that payment goes up in price depending on how many new customers you refer them.

If you do this method your profit would now be £54 for one site even before the passive daily/weekly/monthly/yearly income you'll be getting from him ordering the gigs from you.

Step 3 - Rinse and Repeat

Now go make 3 or 4 sites a week like I did.

I made 4 sites a week and my weekly profit was

    Site Sales - £200+
Orders Through my Site - £600+
Hostgator Affiliate - £30 / £80 One Time Fee's (Varied from month to month as some had their own hosting)

And there you have it. A complete method which works as both a quick cash and passive income. Don't stop at 4 sites a week, make 6, or 8 or 10. Outsource it if you wish.

    Enjoy!

Yeah you could happily do that if you wish. I only did it this way so I made £7 per order rather than £3 (Well £2.40 since Fiverr takes there fee to)

What stops the person you sell the site to from matching your sites prices or just finding their own source? Surely someone who sells this type of service knows that they are cheaper elsewhere.

No need to outsource to fiverr, you get some better services here on BHW lower than $5.

@S1Lv3rdo7 - If someone really knows the service or could do it themselves they wouldn't buy the site in the first place. They would go straight there and do it themselves. In the rare occasion that they do find someone cheaper then so be it. You'll have other clients and still made the initial profit on the sale of the site to them anyway.

@MixerDJ - 100% chance. If you see what has recently sold on Flippa with no traffic, no income and less than 1 month old you'll see these sites always sell. Not for the £200+ each they used to but certainly still sell and have profit of £20 / £30 per sale still as they are turnkey business in a box sites that people will always purchase.

@TheUnborn - Totally correct. I used Fiverr as an example of a cheap service provider but you could indeed use anywhere you wish as long as the markup is good.

Awesome method OP, its great for most of SEOs and its just like a reselling business which contains a loss ratio of 2% to 5% and a lot of profit.

    Highly appreciated method...

Sounds nice, but how would you accept payments for the services?
Through PayPal? Then they will realize it's the same guy who sold them the first website.

I use just the one Paypal account. I've added two email addresses to it. I also use a business name for my Paypal account which is Generic.

I like to be transparent so I will tell you now my business is called "Online Service" Which covers pretty much anything and the buyer wont get suspicious seeing that sentence when buying online services from multiple places.
