This one's pretty cool. The search volume and competition data is highly suspect, but it's great for filling out your long tail lists eg. if you're generating doorway pages or stuffing long tail keywords into scraped posts or RSS feeds.

You can do up to 10 free searches a day and each query will return up to 10,000 keywords. You can get them emailed to yourself in a zip file. They seem to track by with cookies and IP, so clear your cookies and cache, use a different proxy and email address and you can probably keep harvesting all day if you wanted to - but since you get 10K results back for each query, it doesn't take long to get tons of long tails in a niche.

    Here's the tool:

Well, this tool is not free. What is the use just getting results without being able to see important detials like monthly searches and competition?

It's free up to 10 searches a day (or unlimited if you use proxies and more email addresses), which is up to 100K long tail keywords a day.

Like I said, it's very useful for situations where you're stuffing with long tails to get long tail traffic. You don't need to target extreme long tails - just having them on the page will get you traffic. It's like free money. If you can't work the value in having access to lots of long tails then I'm not going to tell you. ;)

hmmm, I'd forgotten about this... :D

Unfortunately they're still only returning 100 results per query, BUT you can harvest the results for longer-tail (2-3 word) search phrases based on your niche and get back 100 more results for each of those keyphrases. So you can build up a long list of long tails without too much effort.

Great share Autumn. Too bad I can't even +rep you, need to spread it blah blah. Anyways it is returning just ~100 results for free per search. Damn, I should have seen this thread when you posted. I wish they had a monthly subscription. :D

He never said that he managed to get all the 100k keywords into his content. However this is possible. Scrape as many articles as possible based on the root keyword, highly spin them (using The Best Spinner API) and then replace the root keyword with those long tails. This way you can easily slip the long tails into the content. Though the output would be gibberish but our aim is to get those long tails on the page with SOME related content around it. :D

    Yep...

    - lots of sites
    - lots of pages (thousands)
    - sprinkle in a few random long tails on every page - you don't necessarily want to target any particular long tail in general, but just having them on the page is enough to get some extra hits
    - hidden content (with divs and javascript), cloaked content, doorway pages etc.

Adding lots of long tails is the easiest way by far I know of getting more traffic, and it's generally much more stable than traffic based on shorter tail, more competitive keywords.

Cloaking works like a charm as long as you don't get caught, same as always. Google themselves actually recommend that you serve different versions of your content to different browsers depending on user agent, location etc.

I just got 5,293 on my first try, so I guess they must like my Hong Kong IP address. You get 30 tries and then one a day, but of course use proxie and sort tem e-mail address.

They also have this niche finder tool with 30 free searches:

    http://www.wordstream.com/keyword-niche-finder

Haven't used it yet but looking for some good niche/longtail keywords and this is really one of the few tools I see. Yet another instance of wishing I had some programming skills so I could build a useful tool.
