Free keyword research tool?

Is this not free anymore? I'm trying to find it but it just brings me to the adwords page and wants billing information.

google has updated keyword tool to keyword planner but it still does the job there you can use your old adwords account or even new register new one you can skip the billing for later and it does same job shows no. of searches in area where you want to target and how much it will cost.
