Free ipad j/v

So I have about 50 different ipad classified ad sites in 50 different cities (pm me and I will send you an example). We have a very good method for making good money with a cpa offer with them and I am looking for some guys to j/v on for each site.

I prefer someone in the US. It does cost about $38 to get everything set up so your half would be $17 to get started. We can user your cpa account or mine. The site are easy to operate and your part will only take you about 2 to 3 mins per day. The income per site runs $2 to $7 per day on average. PM me for more info

Does the $ go to my CPA account? And I'd imagine you want our accounts cuz they are likely to get banned. YOu have an average ban time?
