[Tutorial] How to get Unlimited personal IP Addresses using Amazon Web Services (step by step guide)

In this method we are going to use virtual cloud services, such as: AWS,DigitalOcean,Scaleway, typically they are providing VPS.
We are going to install "OpenVPN Access Server" image on our VPS through One-Click-Installer-App.
It will take less than 1 minute to configure OpenVPN Server, it will be easy.
The we will allocate, assign, deassign & release Elastic IPs to achieve our goal.

Requirements :-

A Mobile number
An Email ID
A Debit or Credit card
[ note - 3D secure virtual credit cards(VCC) would work, SMS code will be sent to CARD registered mobile number]
Your 10 minutes :)

You may find some VCC seller in BHW Marketplace section or in here

Tools required :-

A SSH client, such as Putty | [ Download ]
OpenVPN GUI Application | [ Download ]
Any Web Browser

NOTICE-
Don't forget to download and install "OpenVPN GUI" Application on your local system before proceeding.

Process :-

If you are a Newbie, I would recommend you to watch videos for detailed guidance

PART 1: How to setup Free VPN on AWS
PART 2: How to attach Unlimited personal IP Addresses to your VPN in AWS

For text lovers,I wrote the process below:-

Step 1)
Create a Amazon Web services(AWS account) , its Free!
Verify mobile number & email ID, then link your Card to their billing system
[Notice- They would not charge any money until you are using free tier service, which is free for first 12 Months]
Step 2)
Login to www.aws.amazon.com
Launch a Virtual Machine(EC2)
Step 3)
Search for 'OpenVPN' under "AWS Marketplace" section, select it
on next step, choose instance type: t2.micro, then continue & launch
Step 4)
Connect to your VPS IP address through SSH client(Putty)
login with user: "openvpnas"
Step 5)
Setup OpenVPN Server within 1 minute, by just passing some yes,no,etc.
Step 6)
Set password for OpenVPN user: openvpn
Step 7)
On your browser, visit your VPS IP with https, [format: https://YOUR_VPS_IP , example: https://201.19.48.4 ]
login with user: openvpn & the password you just created in previous Step
Download client profile .ovpn file
Step 8)
Now run OpenVPN GUI app and import that .ovpn file from last Step
Finally connect with your VPN server from your local system/machine
On whatismyipaddress.com check your IP address, it should be same as your VPS current IP address :)
Step 9)
Disconnect OpenVPN app
Allocate an Elastic IP for your VPS instance.
Step 10)
Open .ovpn file (client profile) file in any text editor
and replace OLD_IP addresses with New_IP addresses & save the file
Step 11)
Connect again OpenVPN
You should connected with the new personal IP address.
To allocate+assign another new IP to the VPS, at first deassign the existing IP address.

Repeating last three steps would help you to get unlimited IPs.

Don't forget to release all unused IP addresses.

[[[[ IF YOU DON'T GET ABOVE STEPS CORRECTLY, THEN JUST WATCH 2 YOUTUBE TUTORIAL VIDEOS, I LINKED ON THIS PAGE ]]]]

Do you know you can only have 5 Elactic IPs per region?

solid share OP, one question, can all this be done under aws free tier plan or will it accrue some charges to capture the IPs?

Also, I believe most/all of the IPs will be datacenter IP, right? so maybe not much useful for IG and stuff.

Thanks :)

Only 5 IP per region.
AWS says
By default, all AWS accounts are limited to five (5) Elastic IP addresses per region, because public (IPv4) internet addresses are a scarce public resource. We strongly encourage you to use an Elastic IP address primarily for the ability to remap the address to another instance in the case of instance failure, and to use DNS hostnames for all other inter-node communication.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/...sses-eip.html#using-instance-addressing-limit

Note: There isn't any unlimited thing. Specially if it comes to AWS.
I won't suggest you to use this method because you will soon get call from AWS or get your account suspended. Every elastic IP has a cost and you will need to pay that and abusive usage with this method is limited upto 2-3 days.

Of course,I know, you would get that message when you allocate an IP for a region for first time.
But the thing is, AWS has total 17 regions: USA(4),UK,France,Germany,Sweden,Ireland,Canada,Hong Kong,India,South Korea,Singapore,Japan,Australia,Brazil.

For being more specific, at a time you can't attach more than 5 IPs with your VPS instance. And this method never required that.
What I noticed, whenever I attach a new IP after removing old one, max cases, it generated a new IP,which would do the trick.

For a VPS I generated more than 10 IPs this way, obviously, not in a single day, you can not go rough, you know!

Technically, they are not going to reserve 5 static IP for each AWS account per region.
In that case, 5X17=85 IPs would go into vain.
So what they did is, when you allocate+attach an IP with your VPS, and later you detach+release that IP. And since AWS has millions of customers, so say, some one allocate an IP for his/her VPS in that region. In that case your released IP could be assigned to that customer VPS.
So you see the possibility...

You can give a try, btw Instagram is not everything; few years ago when Reddit,Instagram,Linkedin was not on top 10.
And when people were used to make money using Facebook,Twitter,Youtube,Tumblr,Vine,Skype, etc only
There were people those were making tons of accounts in Reddit,Instagram,Linkedin,Quora,Medium,Discord. And notice, on those old days, creating accounts on those social media site was not very hard, all you needed an IP, because mobile/mail verification was not mandatory on those days.
So be smart, take it as a opportunity, and create tons of accounts for next BIG Social Media sites :)
After few years, you would have aged accounts on those sites :D

And If some one is planning to buy Social Media Accounts from BHW marketplace or Fiverr or SeoClerk, you would never know, which platform/Datacenter they used to create those accounts.
May be they created those accounts from AWS or Azure or Google Cloud. Or other Cloud services such as: Digital Ocean,Scaleway, etc. Because in every cloud platform, IP generation is possible by some sort of tricks.
You see.....

I won't suggest you to use this method because you will soon get call from AWS or get your account suspended. Every elastic IP has a cost and you will need to pay that and abusive usage with this method is limited upto 2-3 days.

Come on,this is BHW, if some one is really planning to go big, and want to create lots of accounts quickly, there is always an option to buy AWS accounts from BHW marketplace. No need to put your personal account on risk :)

Thanks for this, but Elastic IP's are not free if not connected to the EC2 instances.

Sorry! for typo in my last message

I meant to type
At a time you can't attach more than 5 IPs with your Region
That does not meant, that only Total 5 spcific IPs could be attached with your region for lifetime.
If that was the case, they have to reserve 5 IPs per region for an individual customer. And that is impossible.

At a time and Total is not same.

And in this method, at a time,I never had to allocate+attach more than 1 IP with a VPS

Thanks for the share mate.

Just to really make sure that I understand this correctly, once I'm done setting this up, I csn use the personal IP when I upload videos in youtube right? Then create another personal ip for another youtube account. Correct?

Thanks for this, but Elastic IP's are not free if not connected to the EC2 instances.

I guess, upto 5 IPs it is free per region. But in this caese, it does not matter.

Anyway, If you see the video Tutorial, you would see,
I allocated an IP & then assigned it to the Free tier VPS Instance(EC2 : t2.micro)
After done with the IP, I detached it from VPS instance as well as released the IP from my account.
Next, I allocated an IP(in my case, I am always getting a new IP every time),then assigned it to the VPS again.
And Repeat the process :)

So, no Elastic IP remains ideal in this case.

Even in my text note, I stated "Don't forget to release all unused IP addresses."

Regards

Chill!
In last 5 days, I generated around 20 unique IPs and still growing..
There is always a way, If you know what you are doing :)

Yes, you get a personal IP, you create whatever accounts you want and start uploading.
When you are done with the IP, detach it from the VPS & release it, so IP will be freed from your account, and become available for any AWS customer.
Next time, when you would allocate an IP & attach it to your VPS, you would get a new personal IP.
Now you can start creating or uploading other youtube, etc accounts.

Note-
I never created more then 1 VPS in a region
And at a time, I never allocated more than 1 IP in a region. So I allocated multiple IPs, but not at the same time.
Obviously, you can do so, but it may cause you some additional cost(but very less).

In case, if someone want to do something aggressive, I would not recommend to try that with personal account, better get a VCC for AWS from BHW misc or can also buy AWS accounts from BHW misc

If someone want to play gently, can go ahead with personal AWS account :)

Alright mate, thanks. Was able to create an aws account before(free tier for 1 year).

I only used a vcc offered in my country and added like a dollar for their pre-auth charge but never got the chance to use the product.(was originally interested about their "device farm")

I'm not an expert about changing proxy or IP stuff, but given with the info from OP, this is definitely a way to save some money instead of buying proxy servers to change your IP.
