Heres an idea for free high PR back links.
Download some soon to be viral videos...with no copyright issues...Upload them and in the description include a link to your site.....When or if these videos get popular they will have good PR. I know it might seem like hard work but its free so probably worth a try....It might work well with the blogging to the bank method.
