Jokes aside do you have any idea what pesel is?
If you have no idea please either find out what it is first and then try to answer or wait till someone gives an answer and then comment. It's obvious that you just wanted to get 1 more post to your post count.
Looking at the post below you can you imagine what "pesel" is if you have to type numbers in there? Google pesel to get an idea and please use google and utilize it.

Yeah I myself google it right away and that's why I was asking what can people do about that part, but since a lot of people already complained I doubt that anyone is interested anymore

You can find generators to generate PESEL like http://bogus.ovh.org/generatory/all.html or https://www.quixey.com/app/44013440/pesel-generator
They can even be generated manually because its YY***D followed by a number which identifies the city you were born and some random numbers.
If you do not input the PESEL in the proper format it's normal to have your domains cancelled. Try using a valid PESEL and you'll see that it works...

it doesn't matter if it's google translate or not, i obviously haven't searched for this, you got that right
btw i didn't mean to translate only one word with google translate, but the whole page, but it doesn't really matter either
but if you're unable to find this info yourself, you won't have too bright future in IM, where you need your own ideas and not something which can be easily found if you make the effort and type a five letter word in the search
it seems you did that, so i don't really understand your question, because you already found your answer (can we consider that post count increasing?)
but it turned out to be a scam, so no point arguing over it
