Last night, I received a domain and web hosting for free. It doesn't cost you anything. I combined two posts from BHW to do it.

Second, I received a years free hosting from jumpl1ine. Both work as of last night.
Once again, I did not find these. They were posted by other members here at BHW. I just used them together to get a free web site. I don't know who posted the first idea, but the second idea comes from bu11d0g.
