So a lot of people have this problem with content, it's either too expensive or you're just to lazy to write it yourself (like me). This is what i'm doing to get free quality content. First of all find a big news website that has been re branded like for example Examiner.com who now redirects too Axs.com. Some of the main categories like examiner.com/tv redirect to axs.com/tag/axs-tv but all the rest of 3 milion + pages go directly to axs.com and they are all deindexed from google. So now 3 milion potential articles have just diapered from google and are up for grabs! Now you need to create a account on ahrefs.com if you don't got one just go for the 14 day trial. Enter the domain name and go to the Pages category (I select the "best by shares" because it shows more crawled pages) Then just type in the search bar your keyword, i went for a popular niche "weight loss" and I got 39 results. Then just get one of those article links and go to archive.org (Articles from late 2016 will redirect you to axs.com directly because in 2016 examiner was re branded) I posted the article on one of my websites just to check it on copyscape and those were the only results: The Amazon services disclaimer that i have on my website and a 20 words quote from Fox News which examiner.com and another website used it. So this is a pretty easy way to get some readable content for your Web 2.0 Proprieties/PBN's or even Money site if you find a decent article. Of course you can do the same thing with expired domains in your niche. Just go to expireddomains.net and search for your keyword but not all of them are in archive.org. Good luck.
