I heard a friend that he is not a native English speaker , he said he is using some method that never need to pay for the content.

I asked and he said just find some books in his native language and translate it into English .

    IS THAT POSSIBLE ?

ANYONE HERE USING This method ?

Well it obviously is possible, but you still have to find a book in your niche and spend the time rewriting it to english.

Why not? Its possible. But most of the pros don't do it because its too much time consuming. if you can save tons of hours by spending 20$ per months then you should go for the investment. :)
    RIght?

In my opinion it will be very time consuming. to write, translate, edit, etc.

As time consuming as say... writing the article yourself?

I dont think its a bad idea tbf, but will google be able to see the translation and then flag it as dupe content?

If it's manually done, then no - impossible. I'm doing this myself, and it works just fine.

Might be ok as long as the book hasn't been translated, gone international, & hasn't been spidered by Google books.

You can also do this just translating wikipedia pages on the right subject but unfortunately if you do it too well it's sometimes awfully close to the English one :), I think they do it the other way around as well.
