A link is a link so wherever your site is posted, as long as robots recognizes it and follows to your website, it's still a backlink...

Get free backlink just by posting feedjit widget anywhere in your blog... I don't know is this idea was posted before but here it is...

I think feedjit stats are crosslinking giving all widget users backlinks... take a look at one of my blogs... the number of backlinks from other blogs are increasing daily after I placed that widget on the sidebar...

Do you know what these things actually do? I would need to understand them very well before I would add one to my site.

Feedjit is just a traffic monitoring script but it actually helps backlinks by recording your visitors and posting your page to feedjit site...

Sometimes i do get some traffic from feedjit but that traffic not too much.. may be 2-3 unique each day.. Somedays i dont get. Bu its still its a good widget for linkbuilding but not sure how much it helps in SEO.

I also do it on a regular basis, it was 2-3 unique visitors a day or 3 days and backlink is proved. I got 25 backlinks but sometimes those backlinks not count by Google so won't change our pagerank or even keyword ranking.
Why not try comment on high pagerank blog with **************** option?? we can get more quality backlink
