I found a .com with 90k exact searches. Its trademarked so i'm not messing with it, but hey if you live in India or something, whatever. You will probably get shut down sooner or later, but who knows. Goes to the first person who replies who has been thanked over 25 times

Please don't PM me for it.

    Good luck.

I have found loads that are really good in the past, i once found one that was getting 10 million searches a month. Was tempted but wasnt worth the hassel.
If there not a big brand like Sony or Apple, then theres ways you can get round it, for example if your sites based on photoshop tutorials you could use PStutorials and the best thing about google they pretty much recognise all abbreviations. But it wouldnt last that long only just a bit longer. unless hosted everything offshore in china or something. And obviously not Adobe lol.

Just my two cents anyway, hope it helped someone :)

I have a trademark website related to a beverage company and had no problems because: before developing it I emailed those guys and told them I am a big fan on that drink and would like to start a blog about it. I said that I will raise their reputation and read only for my visitors blabla...Still chatting from time to time with their marketing manager, as long as I do promote them they say nothing. I earn, they earn...

ya I could have worked togethor with them but honestly the niche is something I couldn't write about, it would just be too gay. Its a domain for one of those shitty pop star celebrities.

Has anyone ever had any success in buying a domain that is, "CelbrityFirstNameCelbritylastnameOfficialWebsite.com" and then selling said domain back to the celebrity. The celebrity in this case has the domain "Celbrityfirstnameclebritylastname.com" and is using that as their official page. Could you get in trouble trying to bribe them, like saying hey I bought this domain, I'll sell it to you for 100 bucks, its cheaper than your legal fees, what do you say?
