Hi,
This is the first time I was using Black Hat World for a project that I am developing....am not a programmer (on the opposite, wants to hire a few of them for my project). But my first experience was TERRIBLE! As you can see from the conversation below, I was a victim of a fraud from a contact I got here in the Forum.
BHW seems very interesting for me (I am learning a lot with the posts)....Its a shame that you can not control the bad people inside it (I would have a lot of opportunities for the freelancers once my company decided to invest a lot in technology, but I lost the confidence on it.).

By the way, I tried to hire another guy and asking him to start the project and I would be paying step by step (once he completes the first small step - which would cost 20 - I would keep paying him).....And his behavior was the same as the one above:

Unfortunately, its impossible to take it seriously.....please let me know if there is something to be done about it.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you've had this experience with a member of the forum. We take these matters very seriously and have a process in place for resolving these issues. However, per the Dispute Resolution section rules, you're required to submit all of the following:
  • Proof that the business transaction began on BHW. A link to the conversation or post will suffice.
  • Screenshot proof that you informed the other party of your intention to open a dispute against them 48 hours beforehand.
  • Screenshot proof that you tried every reasonable form of contact before opening a dispute thread.
  • A brief summary of your dispute with the accused (e.g., failure to deliver the product or service)
  • What you need from the accused to consider this resolved. Examples include a refund or a replacement.
  • Please provide as much supporting evidence as you can (e.g., proof that the product or service wasn't delivered, proof that it wasn't delivered as advertised, etc).
Some items in the list above may be highlighted for your convenience. Please submit all of the requested information listed above within 48 hours. If there's any information you already submitted, you do not need to submit it again. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, the dispute will be considered forfeit. Please let us know if you have any additional questions and we'll be happy to assist you. Once you've submitted the information above and posted in this thread, please "like" our post so that we can receive an alert in this section. In the meantime, we'll review any information you have submitted so far. Be sure to check back in this thread regularly for updates.
