Frames, and an image

    I hope someone can help?

    I have a two frames page that I want to "float" an image over.
    I want to image to float over the top frame, which is not under my control,
    meaning it's from another website. I also want the transparency of the image to work.

    Am I asking for something that can't be done?

    I did a search via google, but didn't quite find what I wanted.

    Yeh, Can do it with CSS, But if you want the image over a button, I belive the image will block out the click
