Hey everyone, first post on BHW although I've been lurking around for 1-2 months leeching information and finally decided to sign up.

I'm currently in college and in April I decided to become an Internet Marketer and bought a domain to rank for a local niche and followed through with the on-page SEO.

I have read quite a few guides on BHW and built a 30 strong Web 2.0 network using Scrapebox but I have a doubt, my domain doesn't really have any backlinks except some basic ones like Facebook and Google+ so I don't think firing these expired 2.0s on my naked domain is a wise idea.

How should I go about building foundational links to my money site and what should the anchor text ratio be(roughly) for the exact match keyword?

Anyone? @lightningblitz @WebMinati

If I was in your shoes:

I would first create foundational social profiles, comment of a few blogs with name anchors and get links from Google properties: YouTube, sites.google, cloud.google etc.

And simultaneously, link 1 web2.0 a day to different inner pages of the website(works well if the site is new)

Anchors text:

Naked
General
Partial
Branded
Title.

Use branded and naked where ever you can...

Yes go with the most common web2.0 / social profiles that most businesses will use. You can get in trouble for that ;)

Get some forum links as well - NOT profile or signature, just regular posts. You can go naked URL with them. Google the keyword + forum, and try to post the link in the exact thread that pop up in Google.

Is that a good idea for a tier 1 link? Also, how do I filter out which forums to target, third party metrics like TF/CF etc?

Huh, there sure are a lot of members with Death Note avatars lately.

Ignore the metrics. Lets say that your target keyword is: best swimming suit, so you can just Google: best swimming suit forum -> and post in the forums tread that rank at page 1-2. And yes its pretty good for Tier 1 as they also bring targeted traffic. Just be careful with your anchors and try to make useful posts, otherwise will get your link deleted and account banned.

Okay, that clears some stuff up, thanks!
