I just found a misspelled domain name on a PR6 page on a respected organization's site (it's counted twice in Majesticseo, with www and without). Very low OBL on this page.

The domain name was never registered, but the link is there. Question: is it a good grab for the registration fee? It would basically make a new domain name with 2 PR 6 links.

How could it be best used after registration? Use it in a blog network? Sell it (what would be the price for something like that)?

You can build a blog network with it -

Or you can resell it for more money

It has good link juice and will help a site rank

But you need many of those

Why are you saying you need many of those? Because a site like this would be brand new?

just redirect it to your current money site if you dont have one simply create a new site on that domain. If backlink is with in the article then $50 to $60.

Uhm, how do you know it's never been registered? Sounds weird to me.

Wow.. what a sly response. LOL

Not sly enough. Here's how you do it: OP, show me the domain and I'll tell you if it's good or not. If it's good I'll buy it myself and shoot you a nice finder's fee. :)

I went ahead and registered it. Is it safe to display it here?
Dude, it is just a domain with one link pointing to it. It is great that this link is on PR6 page. No reason to show anything or to wait any confirmation from the members. Cause it is reg fee price, it is a good buy, carry on, find some other domain and that;s it.

Thanks to all who responded, appreciate it.

Are you saying that I could ask $50-$60 for a link in an article on this domain? I'm new to this PBN thing, but there's where I'd like to go. So, questions come to mind: how many articles can you put on a site like this? I understand you have to have articles without links in between, but then how many linked articles can a site like that take?
Would you show like 10 of them in full on the homepage? Or how and how many?

The nitty-gritty practical details is what I'm unfamiliar with. I put these on the backburner before I had some domains of some value. I'm still grappling finding and valuing domains.

No, NEVER post your domains/sites in public. However, I'm still interested in the domain, so if you send me a PM and it checks out to be good enough for my needs, I'll buy it. Could be a nice profit for you to flip it right away, after having only paid $10 for it. ;)
