Found EMD with CPC 4.79.. Advice?

I found an EMD for 3 word phrase - medium competition - monthly global search 8,500 and CPC 4.70

Worth buying domain and possible serps services - whats estimated revenue for something like this being ranked 1 - 2 for just the single keyword/phrase?

Sounds good - appreciate it. I didnt know if there was way to estimate adsense revenue or anything from statistics. I looked on clickbank and they only had mobile offers so figured adsense is best bet

If you're ranked top:

8500 * 0.8 * 0.02 * 2.35 = $319.60 per month, potentially.

That is a very rough estimate based on 80% of people visiting the first result on G, 2% CTR on your adsense blocks and halving your CPC to find what you would get, approximately, per click.

Of course these figures vary a lot in practice but I'd say it is a decent estimate.
