Forums That Allow Signatures

I have spent quite some time now signing up at forums to see if they allow you to have a link in your signature. A lot do not. I was wondering if anyone had a list of just large general forums that allow you to post with a link in your sig? This would be extremely helpful. Im not real picky on the type of forum, just general stuff.
