My thread just got removed on the WTH section, I understand moderators follow the rules, BUT:

What if the price is relative? I just write my budget is from 1 USD to ~ USD? Does not make sense.
What if I don`t know how much should be? Ex: I want to buy an expired domain with 300 RD? What if I set up the budget of 2000 USD and someone wants to sell it for 2100 USD? We will break the rules?

There are plenty of services where the price is reflected by a specific amount of things.
It's pretty frustrating, to be honest, and if I offer stupid amounts, the sellers will think I am bluffing or inflate the prices, basic marketing.

Thanks!

Hey @Meddie,

We're already in the process of revising the budget rule. It originally got added in due to popular demand from members, but it's definitely not a one-size fits all situation.

In the meantime, try estimating the value by looking in the marketplace, or state your budget is flexible; at least until we can get the new rules worked out.

Precisely, that's the issue with the current rule.

If someone wants to sell something higher than you can spend, you're not breaking the rules there.
