You can do it this way, but realize that you will be banned and your link removed on about 90% of the forums that you post to, dropping your stats in the future. Here are some things that you can do for higher returns.
Just sign up, then post after a couple days. (This gives the mod time to activate the profiles that you normally wouldn't get before you post.)
Post, without a link, something like, Im new here, etc. Then go back and edit your sig after a week or so.
If you use both the above methods together, your success will be much greater for links with staying power. Yes, people will bitc* and moan that there are forums that don't allow links in the sigs, but this method works. Plain and simple.
If you are just looking to drive traffic, then figure out the mass pm option. It takes some time, but I am getting better with it.
Now, Instead of two servers posting only links, I have one doing PM's and the other doing links.
I will test this method for a week and compare returns.
In regards to the big G ban, I dropped 75,000 successful posts with links to one site in a day (24 hours) and it hasn't been hit by the G man!
