Guys how do we add rep to members

stupid question but I cant find it and I'm fed up of looking.

I'm pretty sure you have to be jr vip or above to add rep or take it from people OP.

A registered forum member with minimum of 50 posts can add rep to other members. That's how it worked in my case at-least
