Forum Generator? Is it legal to use?

Hello. I am trying to start a completely legal campaign and start working towards it slowly.. I do not want to get rich quick at the, my goal for a solid campaign is $100/month using incentives.
Two Questions Regarding Legality:
1) Is it illegal to use "forum generator" ?? It is software that can be purchased on the forums.
2) Is it illegal to use submitting software?? for backlinking? If not what are other alternatives??


Thanks again. I have changed my lifestyle a lot since I started attending college and am slowly starting to agree / make adjustments to my liberal standpoint because I am considering a republicans point of view and I agree with them on a lot of things, so much that i am starting to lean towards governments standpoint

In the newest version, you have the option to attribute the sites that FG is scraping content from on each post. If you're not using the forums to attract real users, this could be a very good thing to turn on for your white hat campaigns.
