Forum Content Auto-Maker

I have spent like 2hours searching for a script or soft what does this but no luck, I don't know if I'm retarded or what but I just can't find

Anyway, anyone knows soft or script what would auto-build forum content ( for example build forum content from yahoo answers, from feeds, another forums or something like that) what could build A LOT of content (threads+topics) and would be able to build like 1000+ new threads per day, and would work with vbulletin or phpbb
I would really appreciate if someone could tell me where can I get such an thing...

Caffeinated Content for WordPress will scrape Yahoo Answers and turn that into blog entries. Previous links for CC have been requested to be removed from the owner. I would pay for it if I wanted it, seems worth it.
