Forum bug when sending pm's

I got this message when trying to send a couple of messages:

This forum requires that you wait 63 seconds between sending private messages. Please try again in 91 seconds.

No biggie but it's worth looking at

Thats because you dont obey them at the first point. When the forum says to wait 63 seconds, please wait 63 seconds and drop try again before 63 seconds, or you get punished!!
