That's right I have got a great name/domain for it. You have some kind of skill set.

Question: What kind of Social Media site will this be?
    Answer: Combination Video and Mobile

Question: How many people would be able to join to develop this site ?
Answer: I have no idea. However many it takes to make it work.

Question: What's in it for me?
Answer: For you it to be like an equity owner. Everyone brings something to the table. Their own skill set. Example Coding, or PHP, maybe you have been the best at something.
Personally For me it's a challenge and idea to bring together talented/ passionate people who are tired of working for google, seo marketing or whatever you are slave to and just develop something.

Question: Why did you post this idea on the forum?
Cause I was bored and tired of fb/google building ranking sites etc, affiliate marketing.

Question: But there is too much competition with fb with google now.
    Answer: Let them battle

    Question: Why do this now?
    Answer: Why not.

Basically each person who joins have an equal stake no one person is worth more than the other unlike some other social media sites owners. Does this make sense?

Let me get this right, what you're bringing to the table is the vague idea of some kind of social network and 'a great name/domain for it'? When a new employee joins, presumably for no wages, my shares get diluted until I'm left owning 1/100th of a worthless company for which I may have done 90% of the work?...Madness.

    I'm calling troll.

Realistically it's one of the toughest of online businesses to move into (there are so many money making and far easier IM businesses), that's not to say that it's impossible it's just capitol intensive and even Google have failed at it.
