    I'm just wondering about this:
I have a really good niche, just over 400 exact searches per day, and the .org/.net is available. However, those 400 searches come from google.se . Would I be at a disadvantage in the SERPs using .org/.net instead of .se? (Much how like having a .com/.net/.org > .info in the United States)

    The .com is 10th.

It's not so much that .org or .net would be a disadvantage,
but that there would be an advantage for .se for the searches originating from that tld.
(the difference is subtle, but exists)

How much does the .se cost?
if it's very expensive, it may not be worth it, but if it's a mid-range price I'd choose that one (how fast do you think you will recoup the investment in the domain name?)
Also consider if that tld uses 2nd level domains (many countries do) - for example: .com.se - those are usually cheaper and would have the same advantage.
