For sports website: Seasonal 90.5k searches per month.

What would you guess its worth. NBA site. Avg. monthly searches are only 33,100. But from April-June it peaks at 90.5k per month. Thinking if I wanted to sell it, or throw some NBA games on there and do content locker or adsense? Got to say I haven't really found a method on BHW I liked but buying domains is really addicting lol.
