for expired tumblr blogs, how many posts should be good enough?

I recently got 9 pr1+ Tumblr blogs and I set up and it took a long time. I scheduled images, quotes, and small texts for a month. It took me 4 hours to customize the theme, schedule the posts and all that stuff. Is that stuff necessary for just a link?

I was thinking that I could treat it like other Web 2.0s. Just post 3 or 4 articles, customize a bit, and thats it. Since I thought Tumblr was an image based Web 2.0, I would have to post images instead.

    Thanks.

You can post all sorts on tumblr, each post can contain a link.

Engagement on tumblr is great so it might be worth investigating it a little further.

The thing to think about though is that tumblr regularly spring cleans so there is a risk you could lose your link if it's on an inactive blog.

Not really looking for engagement. Just want to look clean and not a spammy blog.
