I've always had a soft spot for dogs. I think humans can learn a lot from them. I adopt strays and make them my own. Some of the most loyal dogs a man could ask for.

I stumbled on this story this morning and thought if dogs can help a brother out when they're handicapped then people should do the same. Maybe pause a bit the next time you stumble on a stupid post from a noob, remember this story and refrain from insults. Rather than kicking him just grab his hand and put him back on the right path like Poncho does for Gonzo. I'm as guilty as anyone at blasting some noobs but will try to do better and have more patience.

Great story thanks for sharing, reminded me of the two stray dogs I had to leave in Asia last fall! My dogs are being looked after by a friend, but I will say hi guys in this thread hope to see you soon Harley and Fatboy! Miss both you dudes:dog_walk2

I am somewhere in Asia too atm and have a golden retriever, Bingo. Sometimes I want to go back to my country but I can't leave my boy behind. I have home since pup, the previous owner was a real @ss and didn't treat him well. He was so thin that you could see the bones sticking out on his back and hips. Owner said just feed him a handful!!! I took Bingo in and he's with me for the past 4 years. He just became 4 in April. Thanks for the story, I always like to read this kind of stories.
