There a lot of threads on here that talk about eating healthy especially for the types of jobs we do (sitting at the computer all day). This Lecture provided me with a lot of new info:

After the first 5 minutes of watching i decided to switch from regular milk to almond milk, seriously. Its an hour long so if you feel like you dont have the time just put it on while you do all your marketing stuff, great info

And if you do watch, let me know what you got from it.

I have this lecture on cd...but thats the wrong name...(wont say it here for copyright) If you are into this...please check out the Gerson Therapy from Max Gerson. I couldnt stop eating meat but these schools of thought have led to me juicing raw vegetables everyday and i must say, I feel great, think better, higher libido, quicker problem-solving, and more energy, etc, etc. Just my $0.02

To be honest I don't think I really care about these things. Look at life from a different perspective, you're going to die anyway, and almost everything is bad for you these days so why hassle yourself with all this bullshit? Whatever you eat/drink has it's positive and negative side. Live life in a way where it's comfortable for you. :)

I couldn't live without a milk for my tea whole my life. But about 2 months ago I totally stopped consuming it. Now, its a time to take out the meat from the diet.

Do your family members eat meat, baked goods, toast, sugar (white or brown), salted smoked or pickled foods? Do they drink sodas or soft drinks? Tell them to stop now because all of this increases their risk of cancer. If they get caner and you don't do so, what are you going to tell them then?

First of all, I was referring to myself and not family. Obviously don't eat like a retard but don't go ape shit following a stupid diet that will make your whole life uncomfortable. You can warn your friends/family members and tell them about the risks if you think their eating habits are unhealthy but not everyone will change the way they eat. Most things we eat have some sort of a cancer risk even if it's very low. I hardly ever visit fast food restaurants, only once in a long while. I eat homemade food, but that doesn't mean much. The same goes for my family members. If I want to add sugar to my tea/coffee, I will, if I want to eat cakes and other sweet things, I will. I won't think, hmm should I eat this cake? Wait a second, the sugar in this cake could possibly give me cancer, damn I guess I will not eat it. I guess that's what you do.

    As above.
