Hello, I currently have a food recipe blog that I created about 4 months ago with over 2500 pages on wordpress. I currently have around 9k visitors per month, 80% being from the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland and Australia and making an average of €60 a month with Gooogle Aadsense.
What other ad network would you recommend me as I think that Gooogle pay very low.

Thanxxx

Ezoic and MediaVine (requires 50k monthly sessions) are good options and so is selling a recipe ebook, you should also visit similar blogs to see how they are monetizing their content, you could also leverage social platforms, such as Instagram, to broaden your audience reach and earning opportunities as if your following is large enough, you could charge for sponsored posts and maybe even collaborate with food brands and restaurants, the more seeds you plant and the more ways you have to earn the better.

Adding to this, there are quite a few threads on the forum related to food-blog promotion and monetization, use the search feature and you will find quite a bit of insight on the topic.

You have done a great job with your site. This is a great start.
In my opinion, Media.net is a better option to consider.
One of its perks is the high revenue per thousand impression rate.
If you improve your site's page view per month to 50k, you can create an account in Adversal.

Make a cook book and sell it on say Clickbank or Gumroad for like $20 to $50 you should get more money.

Approach local restaurants or places where your business operations and say something like this to them"Hi I run a cooking website where I rank for many different keywords and please see photo of my traffic per month would you be interested in paying me $250 to be allowed to advertise on my website?

Google adsense pays you good comparable to other ad networks.
You can also use infolinks, chitika to get more profit. But to many ads can destroy your visitors mood

Google AdSense pays very little money for the food recipe niche—it is kind of a generic niche, and it’s fairly to get traffic for.

The downside to easy traffic generation is low monetization.

I suggest you sign up for Amazon’s affiliate program and hyperlink some of the more exotic ingredients in the recipes you publish.

This way, when somebody is looking for a special type of pepper or an exotic ingredient from Southeast Asia, for example, they can see that the ingredient is linked.

And when they click it, they go to Amazon.

They can get a shopping cart going and then check out.

That's one way you can increase your monetization.

I suspect that you're going to make more money that way (because of the huge number of recipes that you already have) than with Google AdSense.

Another solution is to grow your visitors base to maybe 20,000 or more and get a lot of page views.

You can then apply to larger ad networks that pay more like Mediavine and others.

It depends on the quality of traffic, if they are looking for recipes so monetize it with CB or sell them Amazon Products as an affiliate. If its general traffic so monetize them with Adsense or Ezoic.

I would agree when I tried it before it was paying pretty tiny money selling cook books or something else better idea

I would try to launch your own products like an eBook cook book. You would get better margin off that than any affiliate or advertising network. WooCommerce and Stripe are easy to integrate into a WordPress Blog.

Really cool OP, is your content added manually or auto-generated with auto blogging?

I think you should get advertisements from food ingredients, food brands. It earn more than Google or other cpm companies.

We recommend accepting paid guest posts that make more money for you than ad networks.

I know this comment is six months old, but Chitika closed doors several years back.
