Followliker tweeting setting

I couldn't understand how to set followliker for tweeting.
I sent their support and still didn't get clear answer.

If I have 10 accounts and I want to tweet with each account every one hour with 20-30 seconds difference between each account and the other, how do I make the setting?

All those limits are explained there, the rest is basic algebra.

Also, why don't spread the tweets between accs more than just a few secs, when you want to post only one tweet per hour?

I read the guide,but still not clear.

Actually I plan to tweet every three-fours from each account . The more I tweet the more followers unfollow.
