Hello. I have a problem on my hands, thing is I bought FollowLiker yesterday. I was careless and stupid enough that I accidentally bought the Twitter Edition instead of the Instagram one. I immidiately contacted Support and told them I had not yet added any accounts or run the software... Unfortunately though, it's now been 23 hours with no response whatsoever. Does anyone have experience with how fast they take to respond on these sort of questions? Also I asked Support if I could get a refund (which I know I probably can't) or if they at least can "change" my license to the Instagram Edition. Does anyone know if they can and will do this? Thanks in advance, this is my first post so let me know if I posted this in the wrong section or whatever.
