Followliker settings for fitness niche

I have a fitness account that I'm trying to grow and I use FL. I've been using recommended settings that I see on here and I'm not getting anything at all.

Anybody have a fitness account that wouldn't mind posting their settings? Thanks.

Did u get good help from Mr.IGBizy =) ? Im thinking about to get his setts as well!

He's currently helping me. Things haven't been running enough to see the results but after a bit I'll post what I think in here. He's helping though.
