Followliker setting issue, please help

Got this bot and did all the setting like youtube tutorial to grow twitter for my cam room but everytime it would follow for only 5 people and take a 30 minutes break to follow another 5, why is it so slow, not sure if I set anything wrong, here is the screencap, and I've been getting this message after following a few and get this message again, please help
