what like delay you use to like 24/7 ?
Very impressive stat of your IG account. I am too scared to follow this setting as my account is only a month old.
Btw, OP You can use PrntScr tab from your keyboard to print the screen from your laptop and then paste in paint using Paste option. Then crop the selecting rectangle selection. It will save you time to use mobile or camera to take photos.

This guy is pulling thousands of followers every week and probably making a good amount of cash doing so, yet he doesn't know how to screen print. LOL, the irony!

It depends how many likes u wanna get a day
Mine is
5 to 7 sec delay
And I customize it to only get 200 to 250 likes a day
Cause I focus on getting followers more than likes and comments
And by the way
Don't focus on likes
Cause even if u like 2000 pic a day
Maybe u will get 50 ppl to follow u
So focused on following and unfolloing
And little bit commenting and liking

How are you unfollowing 7000 people per day? I thought the unfollow limit was like 50 unfollows per hour?

Me too am confused how this works
Maybe Instagram don't put limit on unfollowing anymore
I will Unfollow ppl tomo and see if it will work again
