Well BHW this is going to be my second Journey thread since my last one, and I am going to approach this in a relatively different way than I did with the previous thread.

As per the last thread, I am going to lay out flat how I'm going to achieve this, with nothing held back. Resources would be the cash that was left from the last Journey (amounting to around S$1200- US$900) and a server for emailing. Along with these comes a dash of whatever little experience that I got from the time I've been IM, as well as the wealth of knowledge from BHW.

My business model to making this work would be split into three modules, as I like to call them, each vastly different from each other. Automation would be the key to this, along with massive outsourcing of some of the tasks.

Module 1: Paid traffic to CPA

Main traffic source to making this happen would be most likely Facebook Advertising, until I get to a level that's comfortable enough to switch over to TrafficVance (Which I hope would be near the end of October). I would set up campaigns, and try to track them using whatever tools that's available (Prosper202 for a start, after which I will switch to CPVlab when I get enough dough) I would be focusing on the Gaming and Dating vertical, and the mail strategy is to use Direct Linking at first until I hit a successful ROI on a certain campaign.

The aim with this would be to strike a winning campaign (with higher than 50% ROI) in about 1.5 months, and scale massively with Net7 payments from my preferred network (Neverblue). The aim would also be to set up 2 campaigns per day, and optimise the winners while weeding out the rubbish ones. Hopefully in this aspect my AM would be able to help me, along with the awesome community here at BHW.

The aim with this module would be to generate a revenue of around $15,000 by Feb 2013, and with a profit of around $7500-$10,000

Module 2: Email marketing + dating offers

Basically just scraping emails off the net and mail to them using my pre-loaded dedicated server. Would be funneling the emails to a opt-in page of myself, and then using DOI to make them receive a freebie that I would set up for them. After that it's all about spamming them with dating offers until they opt-out or something. Hoping to generate a profit of around $3000 per month by the end of February.

Module 3: Promoting services for my Local clients.

I currently have 3 clients on a "commission + flat fee" advertising plan, whereby I get paid S$2,000 (US$1500?) every month + a commission for every sale that they get through me, and I intend to scale that up and try to get at least US$4000-5000 per month out of each client. Methods would include SEO, Negative SEO to tackle competitors, and the Lease-a-SEO service found here on BHW (Yahoo Answering) offered by Veheme.

The aim with module would be to generate around US$10,000- US$15,000 by Feb 2013.

So hopefully if everything goes smoothly I would hit $25k by end of February. Wish me luck.

It sounds like you have a great plan. I cant wait to hear about your findings with the paid traffic to CPA.

    Update 3/10

First round of results from FB PPC testing came back. Was at a terrible 1/52 conversion rate, with $60 spent and $6 earned from 1 conversion. Today I went headlong and go into deep deep niche research fro my chosen niche, and have put up another 30 ads with very precise targeting such as age, gender, picture, ad copy. Budget for this round of testing would be around $300. Looking to see how this pans out.
