Hi guys, been doing IM for about 6 months now and I noticed there is no way to automatically create Web 2.0s (if there is, haven't found it yet). So I decided to make my own. I have been working on it for 3 days now, and it successfully registers and verifies the email. All I have to do is create the last part which actually posts.

I made this thread to get some suggestions about what features you want in it.

Price will be 20$ for BHW members and 30$ for the rest, with lifetime updates.

    Here is a screenshot:

Please post anything from features, to interface suggestions, to web 2.0 sites you want included.

Here is a rundown to what it does:

You have three panels, account creator, email validator, and the article poster.

You can mix and match and of them. For example if you just want to validate accounts, you would just give it the username and password, and it would validate that account.

It will have an article spinner, a retry button for when a function fails, and will output the result giving you username/password/article link.

    Thanks for reading.

Sounds great - what web 2.0s are you planning to support initially?

PS. Let me know if you need any alpha/beta testers from the US

There was one shared recently on this forum its called blogbot, it works well for me. Type in search Blogbot, you should find it quite easily.

There is limits to the use of the program, so maybe you can make a more effective one, and im sure lots of people would be willing to pay for your work. I wish you luck.

For all people interested, I will make a one week beta test phase. I give you the program for one week and in return you give me report on any bugs you find.

Sometime next week maybe. Stay tuned.

    Things to consider

    • Needs to support a good amount of web 2.0's to ensure people are actually interested. At a minimum of 10, but really you need to allow for more as some will fail.

Your price is unrealistic if you take the above into account. $20 is too cheap if you're including lifetime updates for free. What incentive is there in it for you to keep it updated when the web 2.0's change their layout (which they do/will)? Unless you charge a fairly higher one-off price or small monthly recurring, you have no incentive to support it.

Maybe look at ZennoPoster? Maybe it will be easier to create this bot for you in ZennoPoster and you can just sell templates? Although, people would need a copy of Zenno. Apparently .exe support is coming

    Just some thoughts.

    Some updates:

Changed the interface a bit, settings are now on their own pane. Added:

    -Ability to save/load settings
-Test email settings to see if they work
-Built in article spinner with preview, that warns you if you have a missing "{" or "}" (great!)

Tomorrow I implement the first poster.

I might consider a higher price, depends on how many more features I put in.

And as for ZennoPoster, I want to make my own application, no dependencies.

Just some minor adjustments left before beta starts. Here are some more screenshots:

Added a link builder and an image uploader for use with the article, so you can add links and images. You can upload images directly from your computer now but this is limited as it only works for 50 uploads per hour. I may add other services soon.

Seems interesting, but I'm sure you won't stick to that price.

Anyways, a killer feature would be to randomize the username for each account.

BTW, if you ever start a beta test, count me in.

Price will be $40 + $10 each month. It turned out to be a lot harder to do tha I originally tought, plus it needs maintenance to keep working cos sites change their layout all the time.

By random username you mean something like:

    username###?

Where username is what you enter, and ### is a random digit?

For the list of web 2.0 there's a one by phpbuilt here, I think. Can you include all of them?

I mean even username would change. You can do this by randomly picking firstnames and lastnames from txt files, merging them, and appends a 2-digit random number to it for each different site. So you get a completely genuine, random, unique username for every site.
