Wouldn't it be nice to add somewhere between $10,000 to $15,000 profit on top of my annual income not to count the $2,400 residual dollars I would make in 6 months of having possession of the website? That would total up to a conservative figure of $12,400 profit in one year. I've built websites and made money from organic traffic, but flipping it would be new for me. So here's my 6 month proposal to execute this journey I will employ my team to build a simple WordPress website with 30 articles on it to start. The keyword research and niche will be chosen by me. I'll start with 5 main keywords and branch out into longtail keywords. The goal is to rank this website and monetize it with affiliate programs. I will want to rank it within a 3-6 month time frame. That will allow me 6+ months of income reports when I go to sell it. I've been told if you want to sell a website you need at least 6-7 months of proved income. Considering this is March it should not be a problem! This venture will be easy enough ranking it with my team but selling it on the market will be a new challenge. What you can expect along with my budgeting For the sake of people following I am going to name any tools or services I use and pay my employees and company as if I was a third party. It's the best business practice and highlights the cost of making a venture like this materialize. At the end of each post I make you will see a financial update. Thank you for following along as we take the path of flipping websites on the market. If you have any questions or advice along the way that would be nice. For now I am paying for hosting and starting the website with a aged domain that's not an EMD. After that I will pick my niche, keywords, and start site setup.
