I've developed over 60 sites in my niche (attorneys) but my portfolio belongs to my company I work for, even though I designed 100% of them. Offering Services to Customers or Making Money of Automated Streamlined Affiliate Marketing? I'm thinking of whether to focus on creating thousands of sites and accounts and make money of CPA deals and affiliate marketing. That way I dont have to deal with customers. Everything from niche info sites, niche social networking, city portals, blogs and 'deal' sites. Or focus that energy on a web design business in a extremely competitive market online but I'll use old school offline tactics like cold calling, canvasing, word of mouth, networking and print ads to promote along with online social media and strong backlinking. With services I have to deal with contracts, customers, sales cost, coders, etc...With affiliate marketing I have a small team of 4 and cost. What do you think is a wise decision to go for?
