Their fees are outrageous, but not paying makes you a scammer.... Pay up and never use them again, that's how the market oughta teach them.

Flippa doesn't even guarantee payments! They simply match buyer and seller, they offer ZERO protection. It's unbelievable really.

There are certain things, which you don't like, but you got to use them. Like I hate Paypal, but I live with it because that's how I receive most of my payments. In the same way, people hate Google for bringing crappy updates regularly, but do we have a better choice. I fear the answer will obviously be a Bold NO. So, rather than cribbing about things, we should learn to embrace them as they are and try to make most out of them. Apparently, this is life. Flippa has its share of flaws, but it still rocks because it has helped me and many others to make quite a lot of money. Maybe, they can make some tweaks in the manner transactions take place, then it can become a safer to deal.

I don't care for Flippa but seriously dude what the hell were you thinking? Flippa when you list a website clearly shows you what the fees will be. You even have to click a checkbox that says you understand and agree to the success fee at checkout before you can list your website!

They also have a pricing page that I think any elementary grade child can read and understand

    https://flippa.com/pricing

Lastly I don't know how you listed (new or established) but it's one of two possibilities

    Established (5%) sold price $18,000 = $900 success fee

    New (15%) sold price $6,000 = $900 success fee

Now there was no way in hell you would have met this buyer and made that sell without Flippa, so rather than bitch at them you should either:

    a. Realize your own mistake for failing to read the pricing structure, the message on their checkout page and pay your bill

    b. Be damn thankful Flippa found you a buyer, had a venue to conduct the transaction and pay your bill.

What I hope is you used escrow because if you pay your Flippa bill and the buyer does a PayPal dispute or chargeback you will never recover your Flippa fees and they will not give them back.

Unbelievable that you didn't think there would be a success fee actually. Hell every auction website I've seen has a success fee.

To answer your question what will happen if you don't pay; they will continue to try and charge your PayPal account or Credit Card, whatever method you used to pay for the listing and accepted for checkout. If neither of those work, they'll send it to collections.
