Flippa or BHW?

Looking at getting a few more niche sites, and seeing as flippa prices are lower these days (around 50usd) but BHW offers some that are 30-40usd but TAT seems to be around 30 days for most(with them only saying 7-10 days), what would u's suggest to be the better option to go?

Don't know if flippa's are, but sites on blackhatworld are verified by the mods.

BHW will be better choice

Buy starters on flippa,but not sure on this price.

Only 30 it`s the listing there.
