What's the easiest price range where you can find potential buyers that are willing to buy your sites?

iSo lets say you want to sell one of your websites for $36K (12 months revenue). Is it easier to sell a $36K website on Flippa vs a website making $20 a day where you can sell it for $7200?

I am wondering whether or not I should try to make my website make as much as it can make and then try to sell it - obviously making it priced more. Or just make smaller earning websites so it doesn't cost as much for buyers.

From my personal experience I was selling sites in the $200 - $500 range without income. It was very rare that a site wouldn't sell.

Yea,I bet your message helped him a lot...

From my experience, sites that sell between 1k-7k are sold preatty fast...but you need 3-4 months of constant revenue.

the fastest range seems to be 1k-3k. I guess people at this level are ordinary people saving up to get into IM.

Few months of constant revenue is important for fast selling. Sites in the range of $1-$5 are sold fast enough

Anything under $100k should sell quite easily assuming the site is solid.

Wouldn't worry too much about the price range to aim for. If the site is good, you'll be able to find a buyer even if it's not through Flippa.

I agree with meathead. If you have a quality site for sale, chances are it will sell.
