    Hi,

So short story, i was putting one of my websites on flippa and 2 weeks ago or so the auction was ended and the reserve price was met.

I choosed Flippa Escrow to process the money transfer, so the seller has put the money into flippa escrow and now i need to give him the files, domain etc.

He is saying tommorow every time when i ask him to make the transfer, i mean i want to give him the files and all the things but he is postponing me evryday.

I don't get it, if he have the money already in escrow why he don't want to get the files from me so i can get the money.

Now - can i stop somehow the transfer? What if i don't want now to give him the domain and website?
    He's just annoying

    What can happen?

    This is just a question...
    Thanks

You obviously dont know how Escrow works and are you trying to scam the person??? If they added the money to Escrow you now need to release all files
once the transaction has been many Escrow releases the money to you.

I'm sure there is some sort of time limit for him to respond. If he takes too long you can likely cancel the entire transaction. From my understanding, if you decide not to transfer him the domain he will open a dispute and get his money back from escrow. You may be banned from flippa for doing this I but can't say for certain.

I'm sure flippa has rules regarding this sort of thing on their website. Contact their support, getting your answers from them is your best bet.

you dont need him to respond as long as the money is uploaded in flippa escrow
you just supply all the domains and data via flippa
    then contact support
then file a dispute if no response and you will win automatically

if you wait and do not supply the domain and data YOU ARE LIABLE to lose any dispute

You are not dumb. People who think you can transfer the domain without the buyer's providing his/her own domain registrar email/whatever might be.
Ask him/her to provide you with the required details and transfer the domain upload the file anywhere and send the download link.

Perhaps, he is trying to back out of the sales? Well, contact support.flippa.com and get it sorted out.

Suppose he provided the registrar details, but if he has not then it is not possible.

Flippa is full of scam buyers and sellers, but if money is in escrow, just ask him his transfer info for sending website data and yes there is timeline to reapond to sell, so there are chances that he might get banned.

An option might be to transfer the domain to a new account and hand over that account. You would have to discuss first with flippa support though

Just send him a mail saying you would dispute the transaction if he doesn't supplies the required info within 48 hours.
If he doesn't , contact flippa support and tell them the issue. They will resolve it and most probably give u a free listing if this buyer is not buying.
    Good luck..
